![]() ![]() 5): PSP: My only complaint was that it often tried to do PS2 titles on go instead of making games built around portability. Favorite game: Metal Gear Solid (top 10 games of all times). Stil shows how great Sony's Playstation brand is when one of the best system is rank 6. Also I can't remove the several PS1 console I returned due to optical laser malfunction. 6: PS1: Lots of game not fun today due how basic 3d was. So I usually try to put a mix of both so here's my list 7: Vita : Sony's lack of support basically made it an indy console with one of the best screen favorite game of mine on it: Dragon's Crown. The question, for me, about ranking systems is always: Would I still recommend it today for fun or nostalgia? because if we factor nostalgia we're always gonna put close to number one the 1st console due to our memories. Vita had the better screen, better controls and is just a better all around PSP than even the PSP. both excellent portables and i would say i like the Vita more due to it being able to play the plethora of PSP games (converted to digital) as well as the PS1 classics and Minis that the PSP could do but also its own selection of games. When even a Dreamcast can make a PS1 game look and play better. Especially the 3d games, i have no nostalgia for those anymore thanks to being able to play them in better (higher) quality in remaster or even emulation. PS1 is the grand daddy, but sadly it just doesnt hold up in in the current conditions. I keep holding out hope they will enable PS3 support for discs then it would probably be my new #1. PS5 is still in its growing phase but i do like how it makes 4 games better. And obviously the PS2 was the popular one that gave birth to many of my favorite franchises (killzone, GoW, Ratchet) but like i said above, those games were remastered in HD for PS3. The PS4 was the better seller, but i feel it didnt take as many risks to get that reward as the 3 did. which is why in the PS3 era we were introduced to HD remasters. It still holds up today unlike PS1 and PS2 which both had excellent libraries of games but many of which did not age all that great. I'd have to say my personal #1 is the PS3. I'd rather Divx or Sony made MKV's possible, because it's IMO the highest quality compression (well, sometimes I've had HD quicktime/MP4's turn out really nice, and even some AVI's in HD have come out great, but.) But I try and do an AVI into an MP4 or something, and it' works fine. I've used DVDFab for 1.5 years and know it well, but when I put MKV's in for conversion, the sound is out of sync, and I mean by a lot, like 5 seconds off. I have DVDFab and it's supposed to have a conversion "File to Mobile" option. Out of the tons of formats my PS3 reads, it won't take a couple still, and MKV's are one, and since Divx seems to love them in their offers and messages in my inbox, I figured there's gotta be a simple trick. I can't get them onto the PS3 either because of size (it tells me if it's more than 4 GB I think, that it's too big for FAT32 format) or it won't play at all. I have stuff in 720p quality or so, and they're files. ![]() ![]() But is there ANY way that Divx will give me the ability to get MKV files to play on the PS3, since I get nothing but Divx sending me praises about the format, and I love it because of the quality. ![]()
